The City of Lakeville is proposing to rehabilitate asphalt pavement on approximately 7.7 miles of residential streets in 2023. This project includes pavement milling and overlay, partial curb replacement, storm sewer repairs and watermain upgrades at various fire hydrants and street valves.

Fall 2022: Preliminary engineering
November 15, 2022: Neighborhood meeting
Winter 2022/2023: Final design
January 2023: Project advertised for bidding
February 21, 2023: Bid opening
March 6, 2023: Anticipated award of project
April/May 2023: Construction begins, including the removal of one tree and pruning branches that overhang the street and right-of-way
