The City of Lakeville is seeking the credentials of a professional artist, or teams of artists, to create three site-specific sculptures/artworks to be permanently placed in Antlers Park, located on the southeast corner of Lake Marion. The selected artist(s) will complete the full scope of the outline within the timeframe and budget given.
