The Lakeville Area Arts Center Theater is available for rent with either theater seating or banquet seating. Our state-of-the-art theater includes full theatrical stage lighting, sound system, green room and flexible stage extension. See our rental fees and policies below for more information.
Rental of the facility is handled through an application process. Organizations and individuals wishing to rent the facility should submit a rental request using the form below or
submit a permit request online which will allow you to see open rental times and rates.
