The land for Lynwood Heights Park was deeded to the City by Arcon Development in 2002 as their park dedication contribution. Planning and design of the park was completed in 2004 with construction occurring in 2005 at a cost of $41,128. The park includes picnic areas, a playground, conservation area and trails.
