Rent a Facility

Navigate to our facility rental module.

• Use the tiles to navigate to the facility type of your choosing.

Using the pop-out calendar at the top left, choose your preferred reservation date.

• The calendar will populate to the current date. Once your date is selected, select DONE and then SEARCH.
  • Mobile device users should utilize the funnel menu icon in the top right corner of the facility module. 
• Use the menus on the left side to choose your facility type, press SEARCH each time you edit the options.
• If the facility has rental restrictions ie., resident vs. non-resident, you must be logged into a Webtrac account to view the current availability. 
• Available time blocks will be BLUE and will have a BOOK NOW pop-up when hovered over. Unavailable time blocks will be GREY and FULL will populate when hovered over. 
• For time block rentals, click your preferred time block and add to cart. For hourly rentals, click each hour needed to accommodate your reservation and add to to cart.

Indoor and outdoor park facility rentals can be completed online.

For Lakeville Area Arts Center and Heritage Center rentals, an online submission form will populate. Please complete each required information field and your request will be reviewed by staff.
