Persons 50 years of age or older are eligible for membership.

Lakeville Residents Rates

  • Individual: $20
  • Couple: $35

Non-Residents Rates

  • Individual: $25
  • Couple: $40

Financial Support Program

Financial Support is available for all adults age 62 and over who reside in Lakeville. You only need to fill out an application to receive financial assistance towards a membership at the Heritage Center Active Adults program.  Applications are available in the Heritage Center office or by calling 952-985-4620. Funding sources include Dakota County CDBG and the Lakeville Lions Club.
