eProperty Special Assessment Lookup
eProperty allows a resident to search online for information on special assessments pending or levied against their property. A levied assessment is certified to Dakota County for collection with the property taxes. The certified amount that will appear on the taxes for the current year can be found under "amounts certified and payable to Dakota County."

Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
The 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Plan provides a long-range framework to meet the infrastructure needs and development objectives of our community. It provides policy makers and the community with a strategic (documented) approach to implementation and administration of improvement projects and equipment acquisitions. There is also a 2026-2030 CIP visual summary with highlights and projects in the form of a GIS Storymap.
