Gain an understanding of the critical nature of these cognitive skills and how they impact performance and overall quality of life. Many individuals struggle with tasks like remembering grocery lists, phone numbers, names or simply remembering where they left their keys. Rich Frieder from Learning Rx will discuss the latest theories related to aging and our brain function, provide strategies for strengthening these skills and do some fun brain training exercises in the workshop.
