Owned and Operated by Lakeville Brewing Co., LBC on the Lake is open for the 2025 season (May 15-September 15). Hours of operation are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily, which may be impacted by inclement weather. LBC on the Lake is cashless - most forms of electronic payment are accepted. Food Trucks
Vendors can submit applications at any time. The food truck season runs May 1-September 30. Designated food truck pads and electrical hookups are located at the park, and the City of Lakeville permits a variety of food trucks to vend.
Food trucks that have passed an inspection with a Lakeville Fire Official can request a vending permit. For more details about obtaining an inspection, visit the Lakeville Fire Department's webpage.
